Reperation of rigid endoscopes

All inclusive or step by step reperation

Step 1
Device will be cleaned totally cortically, fibre optics and objective will be checked, small defects repaired, function test, leak test, outgoing goods control.     
 
Step 2
Opening device and uncover the optic, cleaning optical system, exchange/repair of ocular lens and cover, adjust the optic new (diopter, line of sight, picture angle, strabismus). Exchange of all necessary mechinal small parts, closing the device and sealing, exterior cleaning, rebonding and polishing the fibre optics, rework objective, rework the device cortically, complete cleaning of the device, function test, leak test, outgoing goods control.
   
Step 3
Opening device and uncover the optic, cleaning optical system, exchange/repair of ocular lens and cover, exchange up to two rod lens, adjust the optic new (diopter, line of sight, picture angle, strabismus). Exchange of all necessary mechinal small parts, closing the device and sealing, exterior cleaning, rebonding and polishing the fibre optics, rework objective, rework the device cortically, complete cleaning of the device, function test, leak test, outgoing goods control.

Step 4
Opening device and uncover the optic, cleaning optical system, exchange/repair of ocular lens and cover, exchange up to three rod lens and more or exchange of the lens unit, adjust the optic new (diopter, line of sight, picture angle, strabismus). Exchange of all necessary mechinal small parts, closing the device and sealing, exterior cleaning, rebonding and polishing the fibre optics, rework objective, rework the device cortically, complete cleaning of the device, function test, leak test, outgoing goods control.

Step 5
Opening device and uncover the optic, cleaning optical system, exchange/repair of ocular lens and cover, exchange of the rod lens and exchange the lens unit, adjust the optic new (diopter, line of sight, picture angle, strabismus). Exchange of all necessary mechinal small parts, closing the device and sealing, exterior cleaning, rebonding and polishing the fibre optics, rework objective, rework the device cortically, complete cleaning of the device, function test, leak test, outgoing goods control.
